Our story is one of owners. Which means we approach the business not as operators but as lovers of property first. Our ambition is to stay small, select and sought after. So we have limited our collection to 50 properties, and may not even get there. That means we can devote time, love and energy into creating bookings and growing our community of lovely guests.
How we differ; small and remarkable, led by your home's story, character and uniqueness. Our extras and experiences define us as more boutique hotel than self-catering.
It goes without saying, that we are seeking out the homes in stunning locations with views, offering seclusion found in less well trodden paths.
How we work
We work with you to create the best version of your property. Our interior proposals outline styling suggestions, with layout and decorative ideas that we feel would appeal to our audience.
Our marketing is socials led - so our marketing includes all social content, image creation as well as all the digital tech to ensure enquiries are dealt with fast.
We believe strongly that homes should not sit empty, so anyone coming on board with us should be happy to release their calendar to us.
We appreciate we are not for everyone. we are niche and choose only those properties full of soul and the style that fits our audience. We ask for exclusivity. As we generate all out own bookings direct, you will not find yourself listed on OTA's. This ensures we are competitive, and you get more of your revenue.
